Dolfin: Surprising Flavours Since 1989
Since 1989, Dolfin has been making Belgian chocolate with a unique twist: surprising, harmonious flavour combinations built on chocolate made with pure cocoa butter and carefully selected natural ingredients from around the world. Since Jean-Jacques de Gruben took the helm in 2007, the brand has continued to expand its international presence, and Dolfin chocolate is now exported to more than 30 countries. It's produced in the brand's own workshops in Baulers, near Nivelles, following Belgian chocolate-making tradition. In 2008, Dolfin became the first Belgian chocolatier to achieve climate-neutral certification, and through its Cocoa Act 4 programme it remains committed to fair trade and reforestation.
